Somehow, I’m pretty sure there’s a more effective way to do a walking tour of Tel Aviv than this. Not sure there are more fun ways, though:

On the other hand, this is probably the best way to bring Google Maps to its knees, make it beg, and then kick it some more (part one, part two; I’ve written academic papers that were shorter than these two URLs)

Tomorrow: When, where, what?

OK. So here’s the info you’ve all been waiting for:

Tomorrow we’ll meet up at 11:00am, on the corner of Herztel and Rothschild blvd. We probably won’t stick around there for too long, so please don’t be too late.

The first venue is Pizza Poco (aka Keren Peles’ pizza place) and then Beta Pizza. Both on Hertzel st.

Click here for the full map. We’ll soon re-order the venue list according to the route for the sake of people who join us along the way (and yeah, there are more than 20 places on the map, just in case).

Important notes:

Its going to be hot tomorrow, so it might be a good idea to bring a hat and some sunblock.
Making sure you have plenty of cash might be a smart move too.
apologies to @ekampf, but starting at HaTachana would have been totally insane.

If you’re going to play with us on friday, if would be fun if you could tell us who you are on the various social networks, so we can add your streams to our super-fancy lifestream which will go on the blog.

One important thing about FourSquare, though, because this is a bit different – to find your feed, go here: http://foursquare.com/feeds/ and grab your RSS link. If you check in “Off Grid” at all, do not share your link with us, because this will show everything from your feed and we won’t be responsible for your divorce.
